Who we are

Griffin Land was formed by managing director Phil McConnachie in 2018.  Phil has over 22 years’ experience working as a development land agent for national practices Savills and Knight Frank, followed by eight years at local agents First City.  He saw an opportunity to set up a niche practice concentrating solely on development land matters.  Griffin Land was born.
